Litres for Education (LFE) is a nationwide fundraising initiative that allows South African motorists to support their favorite non-profits simply by filling up.
When you refuel at a participating service station, 10c for every litre you purchase is donated directly to the Hillcrest AIDS Centre Trust (HACT). It’s a seamless way to give back without spending a cent more than your usual fuel price.
Every drop counts. All funds raised through the LFE programme go directly toward HACT’s HIV Education and Prevention programmes. By choosing HACT as your beneficiary, you are providing children and young people in our community with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to stay HIV-negative and build a brighter future.

Tell the attendant HACT’s unique Beneficiary Reference number: #463.
They will record it in the LFE Register—no personal details required, making it 100% safe and hassle-free.
